The advancement of education by the provision of scholarships and bursaries to enable eligible students of the Memorial University of Newfoundland who wish to study in the United Kingdom whilst living at the Harlow Campus and also of men and women who live, study or work in Harlow, irrespective of age, who wish to pursue a course of studies in Newfoundland.
