To encourage and advance the rehabilitation of members of those suffering from the effects of stroke, and other brain injuries which have resulted in partial paralysis. Particularly by the physical training of patients who require recovery programmes. Such training will enable those who have suffered brain injuries progressively to recover movement, balance, physical strength and confidence
