The 10,000 Interns Foundation exists primarily to challenge the under-representation of Black talent in the workplace through its internship programme, its Black talent network and its training and development opportunities. The Foundation also provides support for socio- economically disadvantaged and disabled students and graduates both within and beyond the internship programme.
