STROKE ACTION PROVIDES INFORMATION, ADVICE AND SUPPORT TO STROKE SURVIVORS AND THEIR CARERS. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING STROKE PREVENTION SERVICES, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, TIME OUT SERVICE TO CARERS AND A SOCIAL STROKE SUPPORT CLUB.
