Charity Information
Sporting Chance Middlesbrough is an organisation which works for the health and well-being of people over 50 in Middlesbrough . At present we have almost 100 male members. Aerobic sessions are run by qualified instructors on 2 occasions per week . On Tuesday night a we meet at the local swimming baths for aqua aerobics . There is a Walking group that meets for hour long weekly walk.
