FIRMS OFFER WORK EXPERIENCE TO YOUNG PEOPLE FROM LESS PRIVILEGED BACKGROUNDS WHO MIGHT OTHERWISE NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACCESS CAREERS IN THE LEGAL WORLD. MEMBERS ACTIVELY TRY TO ENSURE THAT ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ENTER THE WORLD OF LAW HAS AN EQUAL CHANCE TO DO SO.
