Now Teach carries out its purposes by increasing the number of high quality teachers entering thestate-funded education system through the methods outlined above, namely recruiting and supportingexperienced professionals to retrain as teachers and then providing those teachers to state-fundededucational institutions which are struggling to fill teaching vacancies.
