Our focus is sustainable development and the provision of basic health-care to rural communities. fhn manages and co-ordinates projects in Ecuador and Ghana. Each project shares the same fundamental principles of providing affordable healthcare to a local community that previously had none, in a culturally and socially sensitive manner.
