The object of the CIO is, for the public benefit, the proclamation of the Gospel in accordance with the Lutheran Expression of Christianity principally, but not exclusively, in the British Isles by, but not limited, to establishing and supporting Church Congregations and other organisations that adhere to or who aligned with the Lutheran Expression of Christianity
