Promoting the involvement of deaf and hard of hearing people in healthy recreation through rugby union in particular. Increasing awareness of the problems facing deaf and hard of hearing people in mainstream sport and how these may be resolved. Assisting children who are deaf and hard of hearing, and who may have other disabilities, to participate in sport and, particularly, tag rugby.
