Aura supports anyone from the age of 4 years old that is affected by changes within their family that has had a negative impact on their mental health within Staffordshire, East Cheshire and its environs. Aura provides counselling support, group counseling and workshops to help improve mental health, lessen isolation, improve confidence and well-being.
