The charity is in place to run and maintain the Lomas Hall which is a village hall left in trust to the people of Stannington in 1952 by Miss Flora Lomas. The hall is used by fourteen local groups on a regular basis by people of all ages ranging from a mother and toddler group to the women's fellowship. It also available for occasional use events.
