RSSC'S VISION IS TO CREATE AN INDEPENDENT AND DEDICATED FACILITY TO PROVIDE GREATER COMMUNITY HARMONY, PROMOTE BETTER HEALTH AND WELLBEING IN THE COMMUNITY, AND PROMOTE EQUALITY THROUGH SPORTS.
