TO ATTEND CAREERS EVENTS IN THE AREA AND LOCAL SCHOOLS TO ACTIVELY PROMOTE SUCH TRAINING. TO SELECT AND RECRUIT SUITABLE PEOPLE TO FULFIL THE NEEDS OF EMPLOYERS IN THE LOCAL AND REGIONAL MOTOR VEHICLE INDUSTRY.
