IT PROVIDES ACCESS TO ALL ITS EVENTS INCLUDING ADAPTED TRANSPORT AND CARERS. ITS FOCUS IS ON DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN WHO HAVE EXTREMELY LIMITED OR NO ACCESS TO MUSIC-MAKING.
