The Methodist Circuit is a group of 11 chapels, and each chapel elects usually two of their congregation to be trustees at the Circuit Meetings, where policies and financial commitments are decided, notably the appointment of Ministers, and ensuring that their stipends and housing are well maintained, and worship and charitable activities are beneficial to the local and wider communities
