Our objective is to tackle the disadvantage faced by people with learning difficulties living in England. Out of 1.6 million people less than 6.1% are in work. We will work with, Adults and young people with a learning disability, schools, organisations and charities to make the changes that these people need. Positively changing the lives of less able people and their families.
